2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and chopped
16 oz. fresh button mushrooms
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 cup dry red wine
28 oz. can diced tomatoes
