3 pounds flat cut beef brisket 2 Tbsp. olive oil 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour 14.5 oz. can low sodium chicken broth 1 cup dry red wine 1 bay leaf 2 Tbsp. molasses 2 cups water 12 oz. bag fresh cranberries 1 pound bag frozen pearl onions Preheat oven to 350 degrees with rack in lower position. 3 to 4 pound flat cut brisket 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1 large yellow onion, sliced 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 cup water 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup vinegar 1 tsp.
